Intelligraphics Company History

Intelligraphics, Inc. was founded in 1992 by a software developer who realized the need for high quality device driver expertise. In 1993, IBM selected Intelligraphics to concurrently develop multiple display drivers for strategic hardware vendors in support for the launch of OS/2 Warp. In 1995 Intelligraphics expanded our expertise into the 3D display driver market including OpenGL and Direct3D as well as into audio, video, and communication technologies. We also added a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to our testing staff in order to formalize our Quality Assurance labs and test suites and to ensure unparalleled product quality. In 1996, Lockheed Martin named Intelligraphics as Small Business of the Year. In 1996, 1998, and 1999 our company was named by Arthur Andersen & Company to the FastTech 50 recognizing Intelligraphics as one of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in North Texas. Starting in 2001 we started expanding our expertise into the areas of wireless technology including Bluetooth, 802.11 and WiMax and into the growing area of USB and USB OTG.

Intelligraphics is continuing its rapid growth by expanding its development expertise through our New Business Development and Research and Development efforts. We continually strive to branch out into new areas and technologies. As we expand, Intelligraphics remains committed to providing our clients with qualified industry experience and expertise. Even in new technology areas, our clients will benefit from our developers' decades of specific experience in those industries.
